Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any feature on the 399bt platform. By accessing 399bt, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 399bt website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by 399bt. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
399bt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, or place any wager on 399bt. Age verification may be required at any time.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 399bt account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
Payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket & Upay
399bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through supported Bangladesh mobile money methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit is ৳200. No fees are charged by 399bt on any transaction.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses and free spins issued by 399bt are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings from free spins cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Full bonus terms are set out in Section 7 below.
SSL Security & Fair Play

Right to Suspend Accounts
399bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, including accounts engaged in fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or multiple account operation, without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
To register and use the 399bt Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are registering the account for your own personal use only.
- You are not currently self-excluded from 399bt or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement, nor are you subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.
- You are depositing and gambling using funds that are your own, lawfully obtained, and not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
- You have not previously had a 399bt account permanently closed for Terms violations.
4. Account Registration & Security
Each eligible person may register one (1) account on the 399bt Platform. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your account username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials at all times.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. 399bt reserves the right to request verification documents to confirm the information provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of any balance.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 399bt account. You must keep your password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 399bt immediately at [email protected]. 399bt will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify 399bt promptly.
Account Closure by the Player
You may request to close your 399bt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method provided no withdrawal restrictions apply. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and take effect immediately upon confirmation — see Section 10 (Responsible Gaming) for details.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
399bt processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No international card payments, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions are supported.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 399bt playing balance within 15 seconds of the payment being confirmed by your mobile money provider. 399bt does not charge any fees on deposits. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of payment, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad and within 30 minutes for Rocket and Upay under normal operating conditions. 399bt does not charge any withdrawal fees. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same mobile money account used for the corresponding deposit. 399bt reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.
Transaction Limits
Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits are set by 399bt and may vary by payment method and player account tier. Current transaction limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your 399bt account after login. 399bt reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with or without prior notice.
6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
399bt offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, and seasonal promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer at the time it is claimed.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus offer terms published at the time of claiming. Wagering must be completed within the bonus validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window.
Bonus Eligibility
Each 399bt bonus offer specifies the eligible payment methods and minimum deposit required to qualify. Bonuses deposited via methods not listed as eligible for a specific offer will not trigger that bonus. 399bt reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered player account over the lifetime of the account.
Bonus Abuse
399bt actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, collusion between accounts, use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, and any other form of coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 399bt reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, recover any bonus funds from the account balance, and permanently close the account.
7. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on 399bt are subject to the general rules set out in this section. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles (live casino, slots, crash games) and sport-specific rules for 399bt's sports betting markets are displayed within the relevant game or market interface on the Platform.
- All bets are final once confirmed. 399bt does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed.
- In the event of a technical error, service interruption, or system malfunction that affects the outcome of any bet or game round, 399bt reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
- Odds and game outcomes on 399bt are determined independently. Sports odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
- 399bt reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet, market, or game at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- Winnings from successfully settled bets and game rounds are credited to the player's 399bt balance immediately upon settlement. Settled winnings may be withdrawn subject to compliance with these Terms and any applicable KYC requirements.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 399bt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one 399bt account, whether under the same or different identities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or perform any activity on the Platform that would not otherwise be possible through normal manual use.
- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity or that are intended to conceal the origins of illegally obtained money (money laundering).
- Colluding with other players, 399bt employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any bet, game, or promotional offer.
- Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability on the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error must be reported immediately to [email protected]. Failure to report and retention of error-derived winnings constitutes prohibited conduct.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
399bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion. The following sets out the principal grounds on which account action may be taken.
Suspension Pending Investigation
399bt may immediately suspend an account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including suspected fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or underage gambling. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any affected funds restored.
Permanent Closure & Balance Forfeiture
Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, 399bt reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals. 399bt will notify the player of the closure outcome via the registered contact details. The player may not open a new account following permanent closure for a Terms violation.
10. Responsible Gaming
399bt is committed to providing a safe, responsible gambling environment for all eligible adult players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It carries financial risk, and outcomes are never guaranteed. 399bt encourages all players to gamble responsibly, within their means, and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings at no cost.
The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all registered 399bt players from within account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent). Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399bt's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 399bt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 399bt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
399bt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond 399bt's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. 399bt will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, provided that any wagers affected by unplanned downtime are voided and the staked amounts returned to the player's balance.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the 399bt Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall site design, is the property of 399bt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 399bt. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
13. Amendments to These Terms
399bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility as a registered player to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 399bt Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.
Where an amendment materially changes a player's rights or obligations, 399bt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. However, it remains the player's responsibility to check these Terms regularly. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
14. Contact & Dispute Resolution
If you have any questions about these Terms, a dispute regarding a bet settlement, a complaint about the Platform, or a request relating to your account, please contact 399bt support in the first instance. 399bt aims to resolve all player queries within 4 hours during normal operating conditions.

Dispute Process
All disputes must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. 399bt will acknowledge all dispute submissions within 24 hours and aim to provide a final decision within 7 business days of receiving all relevant information. 399bt's decision on all disputes is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
